I’ve spent the majority of my career working for Starbucks corporate. I specialize in creating exceptional experiences for loyalty members and customers.
Currently I work as a senior strategy manager on the Starbucks Rewards loyalty program, 33M Members and counting. Prior, I spent 6 years on both the brand marketing and public relations teams, executing go-to-market plans, brand strategy and customer, employee and stakeholder communications.
At work, I excel in brand storytelling, deckbuilding, presenting to audiences of all sizes, copywriting, and captaining the team culture/fun committee.
I started with Starbucks the summer before my senior year at Clemson. To get the internship, I sent a cold email to a director whose email address I guessed. That summer, I got my ass kicked. But I also worked hard enough to earn a full-time offer after graduation. A decade later, the rest is history.
